Flowers are a lot of fun to paint and gorgeous in themselves. But they’re also a super-forgiving subject, so I find them perfect for trying new techniques and painting freely.

Speaking of painting florals, last weekend’s “Fun and Free Florals” was such a fun zoom class, I’m running it again in a little over a week.
