Happy Halloween!

This is the haunted house on Church Drive in San Jose. More than two months of volunteer work by a team that calls themselves the Boo Crew goes into making one of these fantastical haunted houses every year.

Here’s a closeup of a little bit of the sketch. You can see I had fun loading layers of media on this piece! It was just such a treat to sit on the sidewalk and watch the crew at work on this labor of love. The house is open to the public for free, on Halloween night and the night after.
