Pre-Summer Farmers’ Market

Sketching in the Farmers’ Market, building on a two-pen experiment I tried during the “One Week 100 People” challenge, where I drew first with a brown pen and then added emphasis, detail, or nuance with a black pen.

Drawing like this lets me go in a second time and bring focus to some parts of the visual story and let other parts become supporting elements.

As the weather warms up, I am at the market more and more often, so there will be a lot more sketches, soon!

Love the way you sketch. Has a lot of life and movement.

Love to see a video of you in action to understand the speed and approach you take. Also how you start and finish.
