At the Beach

Memorial Day weekend is when the crowds really hit the beach here in Northern California. And when you get a 90 degree weekend like we did, your usual 30 minute drive to the beach takes a couple of hours ’cause everyone had the same brilliant plan for the day that you did.

Once  you get to the beach, you plonk down and don’t move again until it’s time to leave. Which might explain why all 3 sketches are done from the exact same viewpoint.

At Natural Bridges State Beach, Santa Cruz, California.
