Who would you give $1000 to?

If you’ve been following my blog for any amount of time, you know what a big part of my life urban sketching and the Urban Sketchers community is. I’ve taught and been a correspondent on the blog and at the last few Symposiums. But even more importantly, I learn from, am inspired by, and continue to make  many wonderful friends through this community. So if I had $1000 to give to an arts charity, I’d give it to… you guessed it, my favorite non-profit, the all-volunteer organization…urbansketchers.org.

If you had a thousand dollars to give, who would you give it to?

Craftsy.com has a promotion for National Craft Month. If you register for a Craftsy class during the two weeks between February 29 – March 13, using the links below, you will be entered into a draw where one student will win the opportunity to donate $1000 to the art/craft charity of their choice.

And, will also receive a course discounts, so a class costs only $15-$20!  We’re offering this promotion as a collective of Urban Sketchers and Craftsy instructors: check out all the classes and links below. Also, remember you can buy the class now at a great price and then work your way through it at your own pace. Enough said, here are the links to 13 classes we’re offering. Feel free to share these, and happy sketching!

    • Grace they’re online classes, not pdfs: so you actually watch demos and lessons and you watch us talking and explaining ( and doing ) what we do on video: you can view on your phone or ipad or computer, and once you buy t, it’s yours for always.
