Sketching at Kuumbwa

This is the second time I’ve been to Kuumbwa  in Santa Cruz to listen to the White Album Ensemble.  Growing up (in India, in the 70s) the White Album LP was much coveted because it was inexplicably banned. But I digress…

This time around the show was a matinee show and little kids were allowed. So we all trooped off to the show on Saturday afternoon. Here are my sketches.

It doesn’t get much better than sketching while you stomp your feet to Yellow Submarine.   The kids were humming ‘When I’m 64’ as we drove to school this morning.
