When the wind whips your pages around

When the wind whips your pages around, you’re forced to keep it loose! Sketched at Capitola Beach, CA. It seems insane to go to the beach when it is cold, grey and rainy, but the kids love it. This is all I could do before I lost the battle with the wind.

Another quick sketch. No wind this time, but I didn’t think these cops would be taking a break for very long….

The wind at the beach sounds like a stop I made once at Pismo Beach. I love dark, cloudy, windy beaches. My favorite is out of Lompoc, Calif.
