This is my daughter Kavya at her piano lesson with her infinitely patient teacher, Ms. Rosa. There is something really cute about little feet that dangle high above the pedals. It will be many more years before Kavya’s feet get that far! In the winter, it’s dark by the time we’re at piano class and the warm light the lamp casts on the piano- and the players- is quite beautiful.
